06 / A practical fit
Built around your starting point.
Can you work with our existing systems?
We start with the tools you already use and how information moves between them. We assess the available connections, exports, and access, then agree on what we can connect and where a process change would help.
How would you work with our finance team?
We agree on a scope that complements your internal team. That can include accounting execution, reconciliations, reporting preparation, systems work, and financial oversight, with clear responsibility for each part.
Do we need to be opening or acquiring clinics?
We also work with established groups that want better financial visibility and less recurring manual work. The engagement is shaped around your current priorities and can develop as your needs change.
Where do we start?
We begin with a conversation about your clinics, your systems, and the finance work taking up your team’s time. From there, we define a useful starting scope, responsibilities, and pricing together.
Start with your setup
Let’s make your systems work together.
Tell us about your clinics and the work between your systems. We’ll explore where our team can help.
